Meramec Valley

The Meramec Valley is a highly cavernous region which extends southwest of St. Louis down to Dent County and includes parts of St. Louis, Jefferson, Franklin, Washington, Crawford, Phelps and Dent Counties.  Cumulatively there hundreds of caves along the Meramec River and its tributaries such as the Huzzah, Courtois, Indian Creek, Brazil Creek and others.
